I'm in love with an item, but it's sold out on the site. What should I do and how often do you restock?
Good news! We get new items frequently, especially our most popular items. You can fill out the "CONTACT ME" form inquiring about the product and once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
A Piece of Jhané accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards through PayPal.
I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email from A Piece of Jhané within hours of placing your order and it’s not in your Spam folder, the email address on file is most likely spelled incorrectly. Please contact our Customer Care via email for assistance.
I made a mistake in my order/I misspelled my information.
Please contact our customer care via email at [email protected] to correct any information as soon as possible before your item(s) has been shipped out. Please note, once your package is shipped. We are not responsible for lost packages. If packages marked as “Return to Sender” due to an incorrect address, we will credit your account minus the shipping fee. You will be held responsible for initial cost of shipping the package.
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately via email within 24 hours of placing your order and will do our best to cancel it. Again, we do work fast so we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled.
How long after I place my order will it ship?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. It takes 3-4 business days to process your order. After your order has been processed it will be shipped off. Kindly note shipping may be delayed in cases of address verification or flagged orders.
*Custom made orders may take 7-10 days to ship.
How do I know which size to order? To ensure a proper fit we recommend emailing us. Please keep in mind that sizing and cut will vary between the different brands and styles we carry. If you are unsure of which size to order we suggest to always order the next size up. If you have a specific sizing question or would like more information on a specific style please contact us! We would LOVE to help you find the perfect fit.
Can I receive a different size in the top and bottom? Unfortunately, we only sell our bikinis in same size sets. Therefore you would receive the same size in the top and bottom. Split sizing is not an option at this moment.

We use USPS 1st Class Shipping & Priority Shipping.
How long does shipping within the US take?
We offer 2-3 day shipping on all orders. In rare instances, delivery may take 7 days.
Do you refund shipping fees?
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do you offer refunds?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. For sanitary reasons there will be no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please refer to the size chart to confirm accuracy when choosing your correct size.
